EXHALE SPA ETIQUETTE

For the comfort of our guests, please set your cell phone/pager to silent in the spa.
Lockers, robes and sandals are provided complimentary. Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to fill the form if you are first time in our spa.

APPOINTMENTS

We advise you to reserve your appointment at least 2 weeks in advance so that we may try and meet your scheduling requests. We encourage you to utilize weekday appointment times for utmost serenity. A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
Arrive early: We suggest that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled treatment to allow enough time to check-in and change.
Delays: please note that late arrivals may result in shortening the length of the treatment to avoid inconveniences to other guests.

CONDITIONS AND MEDICATIONS

Please advise at time of booking if you are pregnant, nursing or have any other medical conditions, allergies or concerns we need to know about to ensure the best quality for your personalized treatment.

HEALTH FORM

We ask all guests to complete a mandatory health form prior to their service so that our therapists can prepare your experience and offer expertise tailored to your needs. Please advise us at the time of booking of any relevant health conditions. Please inform the agent if you require an insurance receipt when reserving your appointment.

WHAT TO WEAR

There is no need to bring or wear any special clothing, as spa wear is provided in your treatment suite. You may choose to bring a swimsuit if taking any bath or steam treatments. Facial gowns are provided for facials. Other body treatments are best enjoyed without clothing; however, you may leave your underwear on for massages. Disposable under garments are provided to all guests.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Reservations are recommended to ensure the treatment time that you desire. Credit card required at time of booking. Please cancel at least 48 hours prior to the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Full price will apply to late cancellations. Promotions do not apply to R.M.T. treatments.

GRATUITIES AND TAXE

Gratuities are not included in the treatment price but are always appreciated for outstanding service. They can be awarded in cash-via special envelopes available at the spa reception desk, as an addition to you interact or credit card transaction,
